Multi-carrier dispatch.
A dispatch board for fuel and bulk-liquid carriers. Drivers photograph a bill of lading; Claude vision reads the litres, document number, and product straight off the page. Driver SMS, maintenance scheduling, and customer order intake all run on one multi-tenant board.
Built on multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security and a tenant-scoped AI audit log. Design system: Arctic + Ion. In build: live GPS and two-way Samsara sync.

Cougar Fuels
Credit apps that prove they weren't touched.
A Petro-Canada bulk-fuel distributor's operations front door: a Supabase-backed careers portal with an authenticated back-office, location-routed application emails, and a SuperPass fuel-card credit application that generates a filled PDF on the server, hashes it, and writes a tamper-evident record to a public verification page.
Every application is SHA-256 hashed at submission and at PDF generation. Anyone can recompute the hashes at cougarfuelsltd.ca/audit/<token> to prove the record was never altered. Live intake embeds Sansform.
Kelowna BMW
Paper intake, retired.
A BMW dealership running used-vehicle check-in and credit-application workflows on Sansform — on their own forms.kelownabmw.ca workspace. Fields, signatures, routing, and staff notifications handled; the PDF binder and the signature-chasing gone.
